Since starting in the disability sector in 2013, Sharon MacKinney, our founder, recognised the need for a service that puts participants’ needs at the forefront, free from any organisational bias.
With extensive experience working with children and young adults, particularly those with complex behavioural needs, Sharon’s vision is to create a space where diversity is embraced, and individuality is celebrated.
